Asus ZenFone 4 with 4.5-inch screen launched in India. Android 4.3, 1600mAh battery, 8 megapixel rear camera, a 5 megapixel camera.
Yesterday’s Budget 2014 announced that the mobile phones will get cheaper in India. This is not a very surprising news as courtesy both indigenous and outside mobile makers and great proliferation of mobiles in India, the mobiles in India are already cheap. Even smartphones are coming at price tags , one would have never imagined 5 years ago. India being the one of the biggest mobile market , still in its infancy, is also a factor. Chinese mobile maker, Asus recently launched its range of ZenFone . Yesterday Asus ZenFone range smartphones got launched in Indian as well.
The three new Asus smartphones from the ZenPhone range – ZenFone 4, ZenFone 5 and ZenFone 6 – are priced at Rs 5,999 (Rs 6000), Rs 9,999 (Rs 10,000)and Rs 16,999 (Rs 17,000), respectively. According to Asus, the five-inch ZenFone will come in two variants – 8GB (priced at Rs 9,999) and 16GB (for Rs 12,999).
Very soon, Indians will be able to have their hands on a 4.5-inch version of its ZenFone 4 smartphone. The smartphone is already listed on Flipkart.
4.5 inch Asus ZenFone 4 Specs
The 4.5 inch variant of the ZenFone 4 a dual SIM smartphone, will have similar specifications as the 4-inch ZenFone 4 – apart from a 4.5 inch TFT Capacitive Touch Screen , a 1750 mAh battery, 8 megapixel rear camera , a 5 mega Pixel Front Camera (although Flipkart is stating 0.3 megapixel) and Android KitKat OS. The 4-inch model, on the other hand, comes with Android 4.3, 1600mAh battery, and a .3 megapixel camera.
