Banana induces Sleep… Try banana at bedtime

Putting kids to sleep can be a daunting task. Particularly when the kid becomes hyperactive just before the bed time. What if you are one such parent, who have tried every remedy out there, with no result. Don’t despair. You may not have tried this remedy yet.
