Moreover, the mice fed with green tea showed higher levels of fecal lipids (Fat in excreta or feces).
The findings of the study, made the researchers conclude that green tea helps in reducing weight.

The researchers have informed that in order to lose weight a person would be required to have 10 cups of green tea.
