Grimsby NHS Weight Watchers scheme shows money is an issue for some

What will be the result if obese people are sent to weight loss programmes on public money. A recent initiative by NHS trust in England, which aims to help obese patients lose weight has been successful.

The participants who were obese collectively lost significant weight and were also happy that they don’t have to shell out 60 pounds to do that.

The initiative makers see it as testimony to the fact that money plays a big hindrance in weight loss efforts of those people for whom money is an issue; to the extent that they can’t invest any amount in weight loss even if losing weight is medically necessary.
