Harvard educated Physician writes a Book on True Health

It’s not conventional for a Harvard educated physician, to vouch for integrative medicine, to transform the health care system in North America and the world. But Andrew Weil not only wants to support about integrative medicine, he’s simplifying health as a balance between body, mind and spirit.

Andrew asserts that Health is simply a totality of body-mind-spirit aspects working in sync with one another. Further adding that, the word medicine comes from a stem word for meditate – and was not originally thought of as the usage of drugs as inferred in most cases today.
