Hello 18 year Olds: Do you Sleep with Your Phone?

According to a new survey, about 90 percent of 18-29 year olds sleep with their phone in or right next to their beds.

Although it’s hard to say what health hazards such a habit has on the body health, but still sleeping with or with a phone right next to their beds is particularly not good for a peaceful sleep. It can be safely said, phone on bed is a big distraction.
