How To know whether you are getting a Good night’s sleep or Not?

A simple way to ascertain whether you are getting a Good night’s sleep or Not is:

If you have to set ‘Alarm clock’ to wake you up the next morning; and forgetting to do so the last night, leaves you sleeping to the point that you are late for your school, college or job — then the chances are, you are not getting adequate sleep. The Test of a good night’s sleep is, you wake up ‘without any alarm assistance’.
