Applicants: Unmarried Male and Female Indian Citizens

Nature of Employment: Short Service Commission (SSC) Officer

SSC : Short Service Commission is granted for a term of 10 years, extendable to 14 years, subject to service requirements and performance/willingness of the candidate.

Area: Pilot/Observer in Aviation Cadre of Executive Branch of the Indian Navy

Commencement of Course: December 2014 at Naval Academy.

Pay Scale of Navy Pilot / Observer SSC Officer

Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.5400/-

Age Limit : Between 19 to 24 years (candidates to be born between 02 January 1991 to 01 January 1996; both dates inclusive)

Educational Qualifications for Navy Pilot / Observer SSC Officer

(a) A Graduate Degree in any discipline with minimum aggregate of 70% marks with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects at 10+2 level.

(b) for CPL – Graduation with 60% marks with Physics and Maths at 10+2 level.
