It’s not that Kim Kardashian fans have of late noticed that the reality star needs to lose weight. She herself has realized that she has put on some excess fat. And realizing this, she has revealed to the world the key to weight loss success stories.
Blaming the extra pounds to the bad habits she got while she was filming “Kourtney & Kim Take New York City,” where she admits she had a hard time passing up street vendors and junk food; She explained, “I worked out once. I gained, like, 10 pounds. All the papers were like, ‘Kim’s pregnant!’ I ate the nuts on the street corner, the hot dogs, and the street meat. It was not a joke.”
Kim told Harper’s Bazaar, “I’m on a diet. I need to be. I love to eat — Kit Kats or cookies-and-cream ice cream. I need sugar, like, five times a day.
Now lets not speculate the rumors, which Kim wants to brush off and lets focus on weight.
