At Deanne Panday’s fitness book launch in December 2013, Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan shared a fitness monitoring tip with the audience. According to Shah Rukh, to keep his body weight at normal levels, he follows this tip:
While naked in a shower or while standing in a normal standing posture in sunlight wearing a tight-fit shirt , he look at the middle part (stomach area) of the shadow cast on the ground or on the wall. If the shadow show protruding part in the middle, or a protruding belly, then he instantly knows he has to hit the gym to become fit again.
In short, Shah Rukh Khan shares that the belly should not go beyond the chest level, in a proper standing posture.
