What can you sacrifice to lose weight ?

One of the main obstacles faced when it comes to losing weight is : We don’t want to give up things we love…

If you’re trying to lose weight,then are you willing to give up things you Love … partially or completely?

Before actually giving up your favorite food … your favorite pass time… your favorite insistence ; you have to prepare your mind for the act of giving up. And that’s the first step in your journey to weight Loss. The initial mind makeup must not be complete ban or complete giving up. There must be willingness to sacrifice. At the beginning partially, which slowly and gradually is taken towards to complete abstinence (if the doctor advises so).
