Why iPhone uses a lowercase ‘i’?

Why a lowercase ‘i’ in iPhone, iPad and iPod? In fact, all these are brand names. The answer we are told now is very simple.

From the last couple of days, some Indians among us are seriously discussing why ‘i’ in iPhone,iPad or iPod (names of apple products) is in lower case. I am one among them. It’s a serious question to delve on. After all, we are always told the first letter of a particular person’s, place’ or thing’s name is always Uppercase. Such as Mohan, Gita, Kanpur etc. So why a lowercase ‘i’ in iPhone, iPad and iPod? In fact, all these are brand names.

The answer we are told now is very simple. An upper case ‘I’ can create an ego or a big ego in the entity. If iPhone had been IPhone, then it might become bigger than a 40 cm lED TV. In that case, it wouldn’t fit the pocked just month after its purchase. Or what if, the ‘I’ becomes bigger than the phone. In that case, all money spent on purchasing the device will get wasted.

So always use a lowercase ‘i’. You can also say: i am the Best!
